Cancellation Policy

If a customer cancels outside of the 24 hour time window, the customer will be subject to pay half of the amount of the canceled session during their next session. If you prepay and cancel within 24 hours of the start of your session you will be fully refunded. If you cancel after the 24 hour window up until one hour before your session begins you will be refunded half of what you paid. If you cancel less than one hour before your session/after your session starts then you will not be fully refunded nor partially refunded.
